Return & Refund Policy – Kashmir Nutshell

At Kashmir Nutshell, we take pride in delivering high-quality and fresh products. Due to the nature of our products (dry fruits, honey, and consumables), we follow a strict return and refund policy to ensure safety and hygiene.

1. No Return Policy (General Products)

  • Since our products are perishable and consumable, we do not accept returns once the product is delivered.

  • This is to maintain quality, hygiene, and safety standards.

2. Eligible Cases for Return/Replacement

We only accept return/replacement requests in the following cases:

  • Damaged or leaking product received

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Missing items in the order

Important: You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery.Replacement orders will be delivered within 2-3 business days.

3. Proof Requirement

To process your request, you must provide:

  • Clear photos/videos of the product

  • Unboxing video (recommended)

  • Order details (Order ID, Name, Contact Number)

4. Refund / Replacement Process

  • After verification, we will:

    • Offer a replacement, OR

    • Provide a refund (if replacement is not available)

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

5. Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds/replacements will not be applicable in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Product used or partially consumed

  • Request raised after 24 hours of delivery

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
